Tomorrow is friend's wedding. Can i have a few beers while being treated for thrush? Beer contains yeast, but so does bread. So idk if its fine or not

In brief: No problem

First, the kinds of yeast that cause human yeast infections ("thrush") are entirely different than those found in beer, bread, and other foods.
Food and beer yeasts don't infect people. Second, yeast infections are uncommon in healthy males. Are you sure that's what you have? Oral thrush isn't the same as white coated tongue, for example. Anyway, no worries about beer, just don't drink to excess.
