I have tested negative for Clamydia and Gonorreha but I have gray discharge and rash on my thighs and groin. Any idea what this could be?

In brief: Vaginal discharge

Other common causes of vaginal discharge are bacterial vaginosis (overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria), trichomonas (an STD), cervicitis (may or may not be STD), yeast, and others.
BV or trich are best bets if you also have strong vaginal odor. Thigh rash goes along with yeast, but any incrased moiture can cause rash. Return to your doctor for further evaluation and treatment advice. Good luck!
