In brief: Vaginal discharge

Colored vaginal discharge (yellow, green, tan, beige, etc) usually means infection.
Yeast is possible and itching, irritation and burning during sex are typical for yeast. However, yeast usually causes scant discharge, not colored. Gonorrhea, chlamydia or trichomonas are possible if at risk for STI. Any abnormal or new vaginal discharge needs professional evaluation; see a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
