I have non itchy raised red bumps on my inner thighs. Ten on each leg in clusters. Didn't even notice them until I saw them.

Thigh rash. your rash could be an allergic reaction, fungal infection or some kind of folliculitis (inflammation/infection around your hair follicles). Could also be a viral infection such as common warts. Infections are typically painful and swollen and can spread quickly if not treated.
