Shooting pain in my left arm and under my arm pit and breast?

Age. As part of question age is important. At 42 female heart not high on list. Multiple possibilities. Cervical nerve entrapment. Peripheral nerve entrapment. Intrinsic shoulder problem with referred pain down arm. Mass deep in "arm pit". Muscle spasm.
