In brief: Re-evaluation

Not adding up, and what is exactly meant by sputum test? and from where was that sputum collected? was it a culture or a smear, was it from upper or lower respiratory tract? it can be a contaminant.
Unfortunately there is no magic bullet, you need to be re-evaluated for a cause of your symptoms, better see an Allergist/Immunologist if you have access to one where you live, good luck

In brief: Puzzled

Need to know if you have cough and thus the sputum.
Pseudomonas is not a common organism in sputum - more indicative of a chronic lung problem, you should consider seeing a chest doctor if the antibiotic failed.
