Would indocin (indomethacin) be better than ibuprofen, diclofenac, or meloxicam, for pain relief in moderate to severe oa in knee, and spine? Thanks!

In brief: Not really

All of those are anti-inflammatory medications.
One may work better for one person and not the other. Which ever one gives you the best relief is what you should use. Remember all of them can cause stomach and kidney problems if used excessively. Use the minimum amount necessary and if you use them frequently be sure to let your doctor know.
