I got diagnosed with vageneal cysts. I got some antibiotics. Is there any other way of getting rid of them other than surgery?

In brief: Depends

If the vaginal cysts are because of an infection, they may go away as the infection responds to the antibiotics.
If the cysts are nabothian cysts, they will go away on their own. If they are sebaceous cysts they can come and go - but sometimes require surgery. If they are bartholin gland or duct cysts, skeins gland cyst, or gartner duct cysts - they will probably need to be treated surgically.
