How long does it take to be fully healed from a upper tooth extraction and be able to eat normal foods?

Dentistry

In brief: After extraction

It is always best to discuss these things with your own dentist.
Having said that, generally normal eating in about a week later on that site. The gums generally close over in 1-3 weeks but it takes months for the bone to fully fill in and mature.
