19 yo. Normal Ekg Ecg and chest X-ray. Inconsistent Pain in left side of chest. Could it be aortic dissection. Had the tests a month in between.

Doubt heart disease. You appear to have had all your symptoms checked by er or physician. While i understand your concern over mom's heart disease, i see no good reason for continued worry. Best to be positive and proactive about your own health. Give up tobacco, eat well, exercise and watch your weight.
