I'm having flu like symptoms, with a lot of unproductive coughing. The cough reminds me of an asthma related cough, and I'm wheezing. What can I take? Do I need an inhaler to help me breath?

Needs evaluation. Inhalers may be a benefit but use of prescription inhalers (what kind/how used) requires a brief history, and exam. This could be done at most urgent care centers. You may have atypical pneumonia and need different treatment.
