What are the chances of still having a uti/bladder infection if urine dip and culture were all negative? Tested 2 times in the same week

No typical infection. If a urine dipstick tests for infection and is negative, then there is no infection, and the lab usually won't culture the urine. One can be sure of no infection if a repeat dipstick is negative. If the lab cultures the urine even anyway and gets a negative result, that would be the expected result. One should continue looking for causes of symptoms, other than a typical UTI with typical bacteria.
