In brief: About 140 (+or- 30)

The fetal heart rate can vary considerably depending on the mother's heart rate and health and on the fetal metabolic state, level of activity and probably several other factors.
Normally in a very quiet, relaxed postprandial or sleep-like state, it would tend to be low (115 to 120) ; at other times it could possibly rise to 150-160 beats per minute or transiently perhaps to 170-180.
