If it is possible I have mastoiditis and I was given antibiotic ear drops for an ear infection, would that alone likely solve the problem?

In brief: No

True mastoiditis is an urgent problem usually requiring hospital care and IV antibiotics.
I doubt anyone would send you out with ear drops if this were the diagnosis.
