If you get mild genital outbreaks while on suppressive therapy, what condition could you have other than hsv 2? Are there co occuring skin infections?

Outbreaks. A recurring skin rash is suspicious for having HSV2 rashes and makes me wonder if you may need to increase your dose of suppression therapy, or change the medication you take. It also raises concerns for immunosuppression. You should do bloodwork to check you immune system, usually includes a CBC with diff, an HIV test, and perhaps serum immune globulins.
