In brief: Tylenol (acetaminophen) dosing

Be very careful with Tylenol (acetaminophen).
Infant drops used to be stronger than the children's liquid suspension. Do not give more than once every 4 hours. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is labeled down to 2 years old. A baby of 12 lbs may receive one half of that smallest dose. If your baby has fever, please call your pediatrician.
