Was diagnosed with Insomnia in 2012, I really don't want another pill but I don't sleep, I get no REM sleep. Any opinions on what I can do. Tyvm?

Are you exercising a. and using good good sleep hygiene to fall asleep which means going to bed at the same time each night. Closing phone/computer 1 hr b4 bed and allowing yourself to stretch relax and prepare yourself for sleep. Spend time with family. Reading or doing a quiet activity. I had a client who did visualization meditation of going to sleep and it worked wonders. Let me know how it goes.
