Hello, is it possible to have a fully torn bicep tendon (@ shoulder) with no pain, discoloration, swelling, visually, no sensitivity to touch?

It is possible. The classic presentation of a long head of biceps tear @ the shoulder is feeling a pop in the front of the shoulder, followed by some swelling and bruising. The biceps tends to bunch up down by the elbow (Popeye deformity). I have had patients who have a torn biceps but never experienced the classic presentation described above, so it is possible for you to have a fully torn biceps without this.
