My serum corrected calcium(total) is changing. 10/29 - 2.25(2.36), 5/17- 2.34(2.41) and 6/29-2.46(2.52). Is it normal for serum calcium to fluctuate this much and to be rising? If not, cause? symptoms of v dry mouth, dark urine, body aches, anxiety

In brief: Yes

Calcium fluctuates like this.
Total calcium reflects the amount bound to albumin as well as what is physiologically activated, and even taking a big drink of water will lower it briefly.
