Hi, I have a full thickness bicep tear at the shoulder. Is there usually swelling, discoloration & visually disformaties?

In brief: Yes

There is frequently swelling and bruising if the long head of the biceps tendon tore at the shoulder recently.
The biceps muscle tends to ball up closer to the elbow called a Popeye deformity. The swelling and bruising will go away but the Popeye deformity will remain unless it is surgically corrected which isn't necessary unless there are other injuries like a rotator cuff tear.
