For past year, my urine has showed moderate or 1+ blood but NO RBC. I have lupus but no organ involvement. Now shows moderate blood &trace ketones.??

First attack work up. need complete work up of urinary tract from kidney to ureter to bladder . Workup usually involves kidney sonogram, tests of the ureter, bladder. Kidney stones are common. Kidney disease can be diagnosed, but may need actual kidney biopsy.
