My heart rate is 52. I also take Zoloft (sertraline). Sertraline and bradycardia can both induce Long QT and torsades de pointes. How can I mitigate my risk?

In brief: Not taking it.

The newer antidepressants I do not feel put you at higher risk as the older tricyclic antidepressants.
However, if you've noticed a change in your heart rhythm since on the Zola, the only way to mitigate this is to not take it and switch to something different
