My heart rate is real low shoul i worry 40 bpm at rest, 24 yr old male...my cardiologist seems to be ok with this but idk what to think? Help?

In brief: If asymptomatic - OK

Most of us have a resting heart rate between 60-100 ( on no medications) but some have a normal low heart rate - athletes for example.
At your age if your heart rate goes up appropriately with exercise and you have no symptoms - dizziness, passing out etc it is likey to be a normal variant
