All other things being equal, a nodular is more likely to kill you than a superficial spreader or a lentigo maligna.
Other things are not equal. Prognosis has more to do with depth of invasion, thickness, possibly molecular markers. Whether a melanoma
is melanotic (produces melanin
) or not isn't related to whether it's nodular. Melamonas are famously unpredictable in individual cases. Best wishes.
