In brief: #1-keep the sun off

Of your face, use tretinoin, exercise 1 hr/day so your heart rate is up & your're sweating, eat moderately with plenty fresh vegetables and antioxidant-rich foods and less than 4 oz of meat per day, take distilled fish oil, stay on top of medical problems, stay hydrated, eliminate refined foods except as occasional treat, find a way to be happy, sleep enough, be a moral person when no one watching.

In brief: Don't smoke!

Avoiding sun, as mentioned, and not smoking are your best bets to slow the aging process.
Maintaing a healthy weight, avoid excessive gaia and then losses as the skin tends to sag more. Botox can be used to soften and help prevent some facial wrinkling but is not permanent and must be repeated to maintain.

In brief: Non invasive

Some non- invasive procedures include botox, fillers, lasers, and skin treatments.
At this point most treatments should be preventative and daily use of sunblock is a most.

In brief: Skin & sun care

Taking good care of your skin with a nice cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen will go a long way.
Avoiding sun and tobacco exposure will also help. Finally, Botox is an easy treatment great for early wrinkles!

In brief: Think skin care

Most young women need very little in terms of anti-aging medicine.
Most importantly, a good skin care regimen including sun protection & moisturizers will keep your skin healthy. Botox, fillers, and even light chemical peels can help restore a more youthful look but are used on a case-by-case basis.

In brief: Easy!

A good skin care regimen that includes retin a, (tretinoin) sunscreen, no smoking, no tanning.
Start a little Botox when you start to see lines appear around eyes or forehead.
