Drinking. Not to be funny but not drinking the medical establishment has stated that the maximum for males is 3-4 drinks maximum a day. Pre-hydration and anti-inflammatory medication should help. There is good animal research to show protective effects of acetyl-l-carnitine and Alpha lipoic acid in combination important / people that have trouble controlling drinking as it has protective effects on organs.
Funny. Your are funny. The cure is to say "i won't binge drink again". But the question is, can you keep your promise? . Hydrate hydrate hydrate. Actually is a good idea to hydrate well before going out to have social drinking salud my friend.
Hangover. Prevention is key, but once you have a hangover, hydration is one of the only ways to reduce its duration. I recommend electrolyte replacement with products like gatorade. Surprisingly, the most natural way to rehydrate is coconut water which is the most natural fluid which matches the osmolality of our blood.
Hangover. Prevention is the best cure. Drink a glass of water for every drink. Try two advil (ibuprofen) at bedtime.
Don't get it. Why don't you just prevent it. Avoid drinking so much that you get a hangover!
Moderation. You can start by not drinking more than 5 alcoholic drinks (of normal size) a night. No more than 3 in a 2 hour period.
