In brief: Hypermobility
? Re: ills associated with/potentiating Fibromyalgia.
Hypermobility (see Beighton Criteria) common association; in about 15% females; potentiates joint injury/subluxation, esp. pelvic girdle; destabilizing spine; causing functional scoliosis, asymmetric shoulders & widespread compensatory painful soft tissue spasms. Prolonged illness w. deconditioning & mechanical injuries cause similar dynamics.
