Breath faster in general but rarely over 80 breaths a minute.
Some babies are noisy feeders. It depends on the type of noise and their exam that makes it normal or abnormal. Make sure he/she is able to breath through the nose. An air conditioner should not cause breathing problems more so with feeding. All the best and if in doubt have it checked.
