In brief: OK

There is no evidence that hair dye or other chemical hair treatments affects the mother’s breastmilk, although clinical studies are generally not done on lactating women and infants.
In any event, i think this goes in the breast feeding “myth” category along with the notions that women with small breasts cannot breastfeed, and commercial formulas are as good as breastmilk for babies.
