If these herniated disks are causing pain then getting epidural injections may be helpful.
However if you are doing OK and no pain, then I would leave them alone. Eventually they will heal as much as they can, but can take as much as 6-9 months to resolve. Unless you are getting increased pain or weakness, I wouldn't worry.

In brief: I meed to know what

Symptoms u are having , this MRI finding is not consistantly symptomatic and maybe an incidental finding to which no symptoms can be attatched depends on clinical setting the thoracic spine is different than lumbar or cervical is disase prevalence thoracic pain is most likely muscular.

Sometimes the cure (surgery) is worse than the disease. Have to hurt pretty bad to recommend a thoracotomy for discectomy and fusion.
