-Ur muscles with a good weight lifting program. Don't try 2 lift heavy, but lighter & good form & more reps.
Calisthenics R good 4 Ur heart. Get hooked up with an AT-C @ a reputable health club & get a program set up that fits Ur needs & abilities. It can B fun, just take it easy. Lift 1 day & cardio the next as Ur muscles need time 2 recover from lifting. Get a partner & B persistent. Good luck
