Blood test shows élévated bilirubin , urine test négative for bilirubin. Any explanation??

Bilirubin exists in the blood in both the conjugated and Unconjugated forms.
Only the conjugated can enter the urine. If you feel well, and this is new, you very likely have Gilbert's non-disease. Best wishes.
