I had a tooth extracted 2-3 months ago, the back of my gums has swollen across three of my teeth near the extraction site. Is this normal?

In brief: No

Swelling is never normal.
Return to Dentist or Oral Surgeon who did the extraction for reevaluation. Don't be surprised if referral to a Periodontist is recommended.

In brief: Post Op Extractions!

Good day Usually after 4-6 weeks complete healing has occurred.
The symptoms you present may be from adjacent teeth. In any event contact your dentist and return for a follow up visit! Or you may seek out Oral surgeon for a second opinion.
