I have a patch of tiny, hard bumps covering upper lip in mustache area. No redness or itching?

In brief: Lumps upper lip

hello~ these could be many things and one would need to see them to diagnose them. However, the commonest cause of lumps in that area is infected hair follicles and we call that "sycosis barbae".
Its probably worth a visit to the GP to make sure thanks

In brief: Folliclitis

It may be hair follicle irritation or seborrheic dermatitis, looking at it might help to make a better comment.
