In brief: Women and smoking

Quitting is no easy task, male or female.
Try to taper your use. If you have withdrawal symptoms or craving, nicotine puffers or gum can help reduce this. Patches without the use of cigarettes can help you slowly come off. If the craving are still two strong, medications such as Chantix and wellbutrin (bupropion) can also help. The american lung association can give you support and information.

In brief: Anybody Can!

Male or female, it's the same, anybody can quit.
It takes determination. If you can't go cold turkey, you can try nicotine gum, patches. Hypnosis and acupuncture work remarkably well. There is also medication like Chantix. Any of these work well, especially if you use them together. Throw away your smokes, lighters, ashtrays and other triggers. Tell your friends for support & hang in there!
