In brief: Sadly, it's possible

Since oral contraceptive pills reduce your risks of pregnancy to 6 or 7%, they unfortunately do not eliminate this risk completely .
It would be best to check your blood betaHCG pregnancy test ASAP and if negative, ask a caring and knowledgeable Gyn about switching to Long Acting Riversible Contraceptives like IUDs and subdermal implants which are best and much more effective (99%) contraceptives
