I have no burning or itching and yet I have a milky looking mucus or discharge coming from my vagina? Coukd it be caise of all my meds im on?

This might be due possibly to birth control/hormone pill(s), but it can also be from one or more stds and they don't necessarily have to cause itching.
Chlamydia trachomatis can be silent for a long time, and trichomonas vaginalis might not cause itching. It might be just a yeast infection. So it would be smart to see your doctor soon to find out.
