Adding some extra pillows behind your back, between your legs or getting a body pillow to lean against can be helpful. Eliminating caffeine from the diet and taking a warm bath can also help. Provided it's ok with your doctor, unisom or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) are over-the-counter anti-histamines that can help you fall asleep.
