I got angry a lot over the last 2 months while recovering from a concussion. Could this raise bp and thus cause brain aneurysm/damage?? Thanks

In brief: Very unlikely

Your emotional lability is common after a head injury, but the duration of 2 months, suggests need to evaluated for a mild traumatic brain injury or even PTSD.
Check in with a neuropsychologist.

In brief: Possibly.

A concussion is basically a closed head injury, or traumatic brain injury.
(TBI). Blood pressure increases can increase risk to bursting aneurysm and damage in general. I recommend checking your BP , goal...under 140/90
