Small, soft to touch pea sized lump on mastoid bone behind ear, been present for a couple of years now, mobile and painless. Anything to worry about?

In brief: Lymph node

Probably nothing of concern.
The differential diagnosis generally would be a reactive lymph node versus an epidermal inclusion cyst. This could be removed to be sure however with growth or changes. An Otolaryngologist would be able to determine this readily on physical exam.
