What would make me have like a burning headache on my right side of the head that goes down the back of my head into my neck and a burning nose?

In brief: Consider Neurologist

In a 30 yo woman a diagnosis is Trigeminal Neuralgia is not terribly common but the symptoms descibed are consistent with that diagnosis.
There is a work up to be done, but this will get initiated by a neurologist. TN is more common >50yo and in women. A diagnosis of Migraine is also possible, but seeing a neurologist, will help diagnose the problem.
