Not pregnant, poor sleep cycle, sleep at 4:30 am and wake up at 12:30 pm, bp 100/80 in morning all day & 130/95 at late night. Have a 5 month old baby.

New Mom Body Clock. is a bit challenged after having a baby. Usually the body clock works itself out once the newborn is sleeping through the night . When sleep schedules remain out of sync, I recommend my patients unwind at night by taking a hot bath/shower then getting to a dark place at the desired bedtime every night. No light from phones or TV's. Some take melatonin at bedtime for 2 wks to help reset things.
