Hi doctors, is it normal for a 60 year old male to have a resting heart rate of 57 bpm. Thankyou?

A bit low but... "Normal" resting heart rate for men is 60-100, though 57 concerns me less than if it was 90. Those who are in good athletic condition may have lower heart rates. 57 is close enough to normal to be of minimal concern. PS If you are on Lipitor (atorvastatin) I consider it essential to also take CoQ10. Please see http://tinyurl.com/p48fhko and http://tinyurl.com/axtab4d and http://tinyurl.com/9x3n594.
