I have gurgling sensation in heart I can also hear it w/ stethoscope. I have pericarditis w/ pericardial effusion. No dizziness, blood pressure good?
Wouldnt use a. stethoscope to diagnose pericarditis. An echocardiogram would be used to assess pericarditis. First, the question would be why it is occurring and how dangerous the underlying condition. second, if the degree of pericarditiis needed emergent drainage.
