If a 30yo female patient presents to the ED w/syncope x 2, dizziness & shortness of breath, w/no immediate cause. Would she be admitted for observatio?

Syncope, SOB. It is prudent to admit for telemetry observation for at least 24 hours, unless there is an obvious cause which is treatable. The shortness of breath needs to be evaluated. At a minimum, a cardiologist and neurologist should be consulted during this observation period.
