When I touch the top of my foot, I have Paresthesia from there + first three toes + medial side. No pain. What could it be? Worth getting it checked?

O' Per-o-ne-iii.... It sounds as though you possibly, have caused some damage to a nerve in your leg. The nerve is called the common peroneal nerve. The areas you have paresthesia in, line up pretty well with the areas supplied by this nerve. Sometimes there can be a numbness up the outside of the leg towards the outside of the knee. Protecting the nerve and conservative may help, depending on the cause of course.
Yes . Worth getting checked out. .
