Not together. Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) works by reducing the bacterial flora of the face. Normally used twice a day. I recommend using it once a day if being used with benzyl peroxide, which i would use once a day as well. You need both. Never use just an antibiotic. The combination of benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin will probably clear you if your acne is fairly mild. Keep it up as it is a chronic disease that will remit only when it wants to -- mine self-cured when I was 50. Best wishes. Read more...
