Could my headaches and dizziness be orthostatic hypotension, I've been experiencing it on and off for a year but gets worse for periods of time ?

In brief: Not most likely

More likely causes out there for episodic causes of headaches with dizziness.
Orthostatic hypotension isn't typically associated with headache, more lightheadedness. Intracranial hypotension is associated with headache but is positional, worse with standing and better with lying down, rather than "on and off...gets worse for periods of time."
