I have a fairly normal testosterone level of 690, but my sperm morphology is 7%. I read a standard morphology is at least 30%. Causes? Fix? Normal diet

Morphology. Sperm morphology is tricky. It is not always directly related to ability to produce a pregnancy. With that said, 7 percent is not bad. The world health organization states 14% or higher is considered "normal". 5-14% is borderline. I think you are fine but if you want to affect positive change: avoid smoking, eat healthy, exercise. Supplements to consider: L-carnitine, L-arginine.
