Had a physical did a routine cbc. My wbc was slightly elevated at 10.83 the lab cutoff was 10.0 is this a concern result. Rest of cbc normal.?

CBC not a concern. That should not be a concern. The WBC is within an acceptable range provided that differential is within normal range and no blasts or other abnormal cells. I assume they were normal.
Usually, it's ok. Lab results usually are numbers, and numbers are just numbers, with little meaning unless a doctor takes in the whole picture of what's going on with his patient. If the patient's blood white cell count is slightly higher than the reference range, the ordering doctor may or may not consider the result a problem, depending on the patient's previous results, her symptoms, and her medications.
